Groups for Adults

Sessions are 60 to 90-minutes and shared with other clients.  The maximum size of each group is 6 people, plus me.  Sessions are scheduled weekly with an average of 6 sessions.

Group programs are helpful for adults who may benefit from meeting others with similar issues, receiving social support and feedback from others, and practicing social skills and coping skills.  Groups are lower in cost than individual sessions.  Psycho-educational groups offering information and education are also available.

Some adults receive the best benefit by participating in group and individual sessions at the same time. However, it is best for some adults to complete group and individual sessions separately.  This can be discussed with you and your individual therapist or coach.

Family Meeting Facilitation

Discussions between family members can become heated very quickly.  Oftentimes, it is helpful to have a neutral party present to facilitate the conversations.

This service is available to help family members come together to discuss topics that may be sensitive or uncomfortable.

Facilitation can help to promote open communication and reduce misunderstandings within the family.  This service is helpful for clients who want to discuss their current situation and plan for the future with realistic expectations.
